Bonus Credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Credits and any winnings derived therefrom.
orionplay reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
orionplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may close your Account at any time by contacting orionplay's support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 12, and 15 — shall continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the orionplay Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through orionplay's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
